*** Special cancellation policy for Covid 19***
We are aware of unprecedented travel restrictions and an ever changing policy when it comes to travel. We are also aware and sensitive to the health and safety of our guests. While we have a standard cancellation policy the special Covid circumstances may occur.
In the event that the principal renter contracts the Covid 19 virus within the quarantine and/or subsequent recovery time, we will refund the entire rent or deposit for the casa providing that there can be proof provided to us. The same full refund policy shall apply if your country of origin or Mexico bans travel due to Covid 19.
Casa de Oro is available as a full-property vacation rental, ensuring that all of our guests have complete privacy and access to our beautifully landscaped grounds and wonderful pool. Our primary rates include the main villa with two master suites. We also have two smaller bungalows in the garden that can be added to the rental. Rental Policies
- There is a 3 night minimum stay – with the exception of the Christmas/New Year holidays which have a one week minimum. Off season is more negotiable and could also include a monthly rate for longer term stays.
- Maximum occupancy for Casa de Oro is 8 adults. We are family-friendly and small children are permitted with prior arrangement.
- Small pets may be allowed but must be approved by the Casa de Oro owners. A small pet-security/cleaning deposit may be required.
- All rates are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed and a 50% deposit paid. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival.
- Deposits can be made via mailed US check, bank transfer or Paypal. A $250 security deposit is required and will be returned within one week of checkout.
- Cancellations will only be refunded if the villa can be rebooked.
- No smoking allowed inside the bedrooms and bungalows but permitted – with caution – in outdoor/communal areas.
