Getting to Casa de Oro
Flights arrive daily at Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo International Airport. Car rentals can be made in advance, or directly upon arrival outside the gate. For your convenience, there are four rental kiosks that offer competitive rates. A taxi service is also available.
We recommend renting your own transportation, and shopping for your own groceries at the bodega in Zihuatanejo on your way to the villa. The trip from the airport to Casa de Oro takes about 45 minutes.

Continue to follow the signs to L. Cardenas until you reach a turn off to Troncones, about 30 minutes past Zihuatanejo.
Follow the signs to Los Cardenas. Keep an eye on the right side of the road; you’ll see a white marker indicating 31 km.
